A: Please take it easy. There will be no problems. Ishiba Ryokan is a place where you can enjoy your stay easily and comfortably.

A: The check-in time is 15:00 and the check-out time is 10:00. Curfew is 25:00. If you have any request other than these rules, please feel free to contact us.

A: The supper time is from 15:00 to 21:00, and the breakfast time is from 7:00 to 9:00. If you have any request other than these rules, please feel free to contact us.
Q: I want to know if I could eat out. Is it possible?
A: No, of course not. You can stay without meals or with breakfast only. Please refer to the price list.
Q: Are there penalties for cancellation?
A: Cancellation on the previous day will be charged with a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the accommodation fee, and cancellation on the reserved day with a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the accommodation fee. We will appreciate it very much if you let us know the cancellation as soon as possible.
Q: Please let me know what amenities are available.
A: Amenities such as a bath towel, hand towel, yukata, toothbrush, razor and a dryer are available. A room with a bath and a toilet provides shampoo and soap.
Q: We are going to visit in a group tour. What is the maximum number of persons you can accept?
A: We can accept up to about 40 persons. We will be ready to develop a room assignment list in advance if you so desire.

A: It is located in the center of Hirosaki City. It is located at the foot of Hirosaki Park famous for cherry blossoms, five-minutes walking to the busy street, five-minute drive on taxi to JR Hirosaki Station, and there is a convenience store next door. Q: If we travel by car, is there a parking space?
A: Yes, we have a parking space enough for about 10 ordinary cars or two large-size buses free of charge. If you need additional parking space, please consult us in advance.
